Shipping, Delivery and Returns

We offer international shipping to Canada however, packages are subject to search and delivery is not guaranteed. 

Antiaging Solution prides itself on fast and safe shipping. Our estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days however, this time frame is not guaranteed and depends on the carrier. Tracking is emailed as soon as your package is prepared for shipping. Once the package is checked into the carrier location, an estimated delivery date is provided. Please note delays or deliveries outside of the expected delivery date are of no fault of Antiaging Solution.

Expedited shipping is offered for an additional fee. Please select your desired method at checkout. These delivery times are not guaranteed. Please note delays may occur due to inclement weather, holidays and/or sales. 

Because postal carriers can experience delays, especially from inclement weather, we cannot schedule delivery days.

Once your items are carefully and perfectly packed, you will receive an email with tracking and be able to follow your shipment all the way to its destination. If you are unable to pick up your package from its delivery destination, please speak with a neighbor, leasing office or friend to grab it!

Antiaging Solutions is excited to offer free shipping on orders over $300 of qualifying purchases. Free shipping will automatically be deducted at checkout.

Although we depend on the postal carriers to deliver your items in a timely and safe fashion,  due to various factors, shipping delays may occur and your items may not arrive within the estimated delivery window. Antiaging Solution holds a 14 business day policy on lost or delayed packages, if the carrier tracking link does not show movement OR the carrier deems the package lost/stolen. Please allow the full 14 business days to lapse, then reach out to us so we can assist you.

Our team fulfills orders Monday-Saturday. Our shipping cutoff time is 1pm, eastern standard time, Monday through Friday and am eastern standard time on Saturdays. We do not ship on holidays. Please allow extra time for our team to carefully package your items durin

Online Ordering

We offer 14 day returns on unopened, unused items. If you would like to request a return or exchange please email us at support@antiagingsolution.co with your order number and a member of our team will email you a free return label.

Once the shipping department packages your items, our system will automatically email you your tracking link to the email address you entered at checkout.If you did not receive the email please check your spam/junk folder. If you still cannot find your tracking email you may have entered a different email address at checkout. Please email our team at support@antiagingsolution.co and we will provide you with your tracking number or link.

Because we pride ourselves on fast order fulfillment, there is a very small window of opportunity to change your shipping address. If you need to change your shipping address, please email us immediately with the updated address. Although our team is eager to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee these changes. If your order has not left our warehouse we’ll make the requested changes and a new tracking link will be emailed to you.

We want you to be excited and 100% satisfied with your purchase. Every order is carefully packaged with the utmost care, however, accidents happen. If your items are broken, please send us a clear photo of the item and packaging. After review by our quality assurance team, photos we will quickly ship out replacements at no additional charge.

Yes, all shipping methods allow for delivery to a P.O. box with the exception of UPS which does not allow P.O. box delivery addresses.
